Alamo Drafthouse has signed a lease for 30,000 square feet of retail space in the Richardson Heights Shopping Center near the intersection of Interstate 75 and Belt Line Road in Richardson. Jerry Averyt of Henry S. Miller Brokerage represented Alamo Drafthouse. Frank Bullock and Tyler Isbell of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the owner, Hartman Short Term Properties XX Inc. The owner is an affiliate of Hartman Income REIT, a Houston-based real estate investment trust.
