Cypress Equities, a Dallas-based developer, owner and operator of commercial real estate, will break ground this September on a 250,000-square-foot, six-level retail center in San Francisco.
Situated along Mid-Market St. corridor between 5th and 6th, the modernistic urban redevelopment project known as Market Street Place is being designed by Gensler and will sport 370 feet of frontage, 15' to 18' ceiling heights, floor plates up to 40,000 square feet and 167 underground parking spaces.
Matthew Alexander, Laura Tinetti, Bob Berndt and Andrew Lindsey of SRS Real Estate Partners are heading up leasing efforts for the project, which is scheduled to open in fall of 2016.
