Dallas-based SRS Real Estate Partners and Boston-based Cresa announced Wednesday the firms have formed a strategic partnership, which will allow Cresa to provide retail services to its office and industrial clients.
The partnership will also give SRS’s retail clients experience in the office and industrial markets.
The alliance is an excellent fit between the two firms, said Jim Leslie, CEO of Cresa, which has more than 55 offices in North America.
The partnership between Cresa and SRS will give the organizations the ability to provide more seamless client service in North America, said Chris Maguire, CEO and chairman of the board of SRS Real Estate Partners.
Maguire founded the Dallas-based real estate firm in 1986 as Staubach Retail Services. By 2009, the company evolved to SRS Real Estate Partners.
“Our vast national presence combined with our scope of expertise will provide significant benefits for our clients,” Maguire said.
