Cresa, a commercial real estate firm exclusively representing tenants, bolstered its service offerings in Kansas City by combining forces with the retail real estate company SRS Real Estate Partners.
The partnership “will allow both of our organizations to provide more seamless client service across North America,” said Chris Maguire, chairman and CEO of the board for SRS Real Estate Partners.
Cresa is an international advisory firm with more than 55 offices.
SRS, headquartered in Dallas, maintains more than 20 offices nationwide and offers brokerage, corporate, development, investment and management services for retail clients.
