Cresa Enters into a Partnership with SRS Real Estate Partners

New York, May 18 (FinanceEnquiry.com) – Atlanta based-Cresa, famous for representing office tenants in lease negotiations has decided to sign a partnership deal with SRS Real Estate Partners, the largest national real estate company.

Post signing the deal, the business platform of the both the companies will expand resulting in catering to a large number of clients along with offering a broader range of services. It will also help them to  capitalize on the frequent crossover between the office and industrial sectors and the retail segment.

Before finalizing of Cresa, SRS had a word with number of firms. However, they finalized Cresa as it was ready to sign an exclusive arrangement. Cresa is tenant-rep and has 55 offices around the globe.

In 1986, Chris Maguire founded SRS as  Staubach Retail Services.  Staubach was acquired by Jones Lang LaSalle in 2008 and after that the company started theuir separate retail wing. SRS deals with brokerage, corporate, development, investment, and management services.
