Jon Cowen joined SRS Real Estate Partners as a senior vice president in the firm's Phoenix office. He will support and represent regional to national retailers with commercial real estate opportunities throughout Phoenix market.
Cowen was previously with the retail advisory group at Cushman & Wakefield, and owned his own real estate firm Cowen Commercial LLC. During his career at Cushman & Wakefield, he completed over 500 transactions valued at more than one billion dollars, earning the company's top retail producer designation for 2011 and 2012.
With more than 24 years of experience in CRE industry, Cowen is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
