SRS Real Estate Partners Welcomes New SVP
Mark Sneed joined SRS Real Estate Partners as a new senior vice president in the firm’s Tampa, FL office.
Prior to joining SRS Real Estate, Sneed was responsible for working extensively with retail and restaurant clients and assisting numerous retail chains and restaurants with their site selection and location needs across the Southeast. Sneed joins SRS from his own company, MTS Advisors, and has been employed by or partnered with several prominent developers.
Sneed currently holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation as well as the Certified Retail Executive (CRX) and Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) designations by The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
