SRS Real Estate Partners tapped Michael Federle to lead its new investment group in San Francisco.
As senior vice president, Federle will be tasked with representing institutions, developers, and high-net-worth individuals in the sale, acquisition, and financing of real estate assets.
Federle brings more than 30 years of experience as an investment sales expert and industry leader in California and Nevada. He has completed more than 150 investment transactions encompassing more than $2.5 billion of retail and mixed-use assets totaling approximately 16 million square feet of retail property. Previously, Federle was with Grubb & Ellis for 25 years and was recognized as a top producer regionally and nationally every year.
