SRS Appoints President of North American Brokerage
SRS Real Estate Partners has selected former United Commercial Realty COO Woody McMinn to serve as the firm's first president of North American brokerage.
The newly-created position will serve as a catalyst for SRS' continued growth and strengthened presence in local markets. McMinn's responsibilities in that capacity will include managing market leaders and their teams, facilitating cross-market collaboration and heading up recruiting efforts.
At United Commercial Realty, McMinn oversaw company-wide operations that included corporate real estate, information technology, finance, broker support and human resources. A 25-year industry veteran, McMinn also previously served as chief administrative officer for Archon Group, where he was responsible for all U.S. corporate real estate and services across 15 locations.
