Raising Cane’s Restaurants has purchased a former Washington Mutual bank branch. The 42,863-square-foot property is on Belt Line Road between Surveyor Boulevard and Midway Road in Addison. Mark Newman with SRS Real Estate Partners brokered the sale with Kevie Beard of City Venture Group.
