The Taco Joint leased a 6,852-square-foot restaurant space at Richardson Heights Shopping Center at West Belt Line Road and North Central Expressway in Richardson. Tyler Isbell and Rick Ikeler of SRS Real Estate Partners negotiated the lease with Sean Dalton of Younger Partners.
