DALLAS (February 29, 2012) – SRS Real Estate Partners and Cypress Equities CEO, Chris Maguire is set to lead a roundtable discussion at this year’s OAC ICSC Open Air Summit being held at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas from February 29-March 2. Roundtable discussions are scheduled for Thursday and Friday morning of the conference and are highly anticipated each year by conference attendees.
Maguire will be leading the discussion “What makes a mixed-use center successful when so many are failing in today’s environment?” As the CEO of both SRS and Cypress Equities, Chris brings insight from a brokerage as well as development perspective to this discussion. Maguire plans to engage his round table participants by analyzing the success of an example development, West 7th in Fort Worth, Texas. In this discussion he plans to cover market review, land selection, plan development, team selection, leasing, and other aspects of creating a successful retail center.
