20 Midtown is the much-anticipated Publix-anchored development at the corner of Third Avenue South and 20th Street, which is being developed by RGS Properties’ Dick Schmalz and Scott Bryant of Scott Bryant & Co.

Chipotle will occupy 2,400 square feet of space in the development, according to a release by SRS Real Estate, the firm in charge of leasing the retail aspect of the development.

According to a report by AL.com, the restaurant will be in the space with Starbucks, which has been under construction since last summer. That part of the project will include 36 apartment units.

The phase that will have the 34,000-square-foot Publix is also under construction and will include 86 apartments.

The total development will sit on 200,000 square feet of land and will include around 400,000 square feet of retail and apartment space, counting the vertical construction.
