Retail brokerage firm SRS Real Estate Partners, which has long had an office in Atlanta, has recently expanded into industrial.
Chip Watson is serving as managing principal of the company’s new Atlanta industrial team, bringing more than 20 years of experience. Watson previously was a principal at commercial real estate company Avison Young.
Watson joins as Georgia sees a wave of new manufacturing projects. His expertise includes build-to-suits, manufacturing facilities, food processing plants, transportation hubs, third-party logistics and supply chains.
