Remote Control Hobbies signed a lease for 2,298 square feet at Herndon Plaza at 5024 E. Colonial Drive in Orlando. Shannon Holeman and Molly Bayer of SRS Real Estate Partners represented Remote Control Hobbies in the transaction.
M/I Homes recently completed a new model home at The Retreat at Lake Bosse, its newest lakefront community in Orlando. New three-, four- and five-bedroom single-family homes at The Retreat at Lake Bosse range from 1,758 square feet of living area to 3,873 square feet and are priced from $261,990 to $430,000. The community is located near the intersection of Magnolia Homes Road and Maitland Boulevard.
D.R. Horton’s Central Florida division opened its new lifestyle-centered residential community, Kindred, located off Highway 192 and Neptune Road on the north shore of Lake Toho in Kissimmee.
Florida Autism Center leased a 3,324-square-foot outparcel building at Cornerstone at Lake Mary, bringing the 63,924-square-foot center to 100 percent occupancy. Crossman & Co.’s Tyler Wilkins handled the transaction.
