Cole Credit Property Trust IV, Inc. purchased the newly-constructed Walmart Neighborhood Market at 2003 E. Greenville St. in Anderson, SC from Cypress Equities for $13.9 million, or $336 per square foot.
The 41,369-square-foot freestanding big-box retail building delivered in April 2015, and the grand opening took place the following month. It is situated in a rapidly growing area in the city of Anderson, located directly across from the AnMed Health Medical Center.
Kyle Stonis, Pierce Mayson, John Topping, and Robert Drake of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the seller. The buyer handled the sale in-house.
