CBRE finds 7,000sf for Tesla Motors

DANIA BEACH – Tesla Motors Inc. has leased 7,000sf of showroom space under a five-year lease brokered by CB Richard Ellis and SRS Retail Partners.
Harry Tangalakis, senior vice president, and Tom O’Loughlin, associate, both with the CBRE Fort Lauderdale office, exclusively represented building ownership, Wilson Hollywood Showroom LLC, while Michael Mogerman and Terry Salzman with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant.
Tesla, the only automaker that is already producing and selling highway-capable electric vehicles, will lease a 7,000sf showroom at 1949 Tigertail Blvd. in Dania Beach. The showroom will display the Tesla Roadster and Model S.
