Walmart Neighborhood Market has leased 45,490 square feet in the former Bruno’s store space in Gulf Breeze Shopping Center on Gulf Breeze Parkway in Gulf Breeze, Fla., and will open next spring, according to Josh Burmeister of SRS Real Estate Partners in Mobile, who worked for the landlord. Jerry O’Brien of J.L. O’Brien & Associates in Mobile represented Walmart.
