PHOENIX (December 4, 2012) – SRS Real Estate Partners has announced that Burlington Coat Factory has leased a 50,000-square-foot space in The Pavilions at Talking Stick, located at the southwest corner of Indian Bend Road and Loop 101. Burlington Coat Factory is scheduled to open Fall of 2013. Neighboring tenants include Toys R Us, Hobby Lobby, Target, Home Depot, and Sports Authority.
