PHOENIX (September 25, 2012) – SRS Real Estate Partners represented Brentwood Specialty Center, LLC in the sale of The Streets of Brentwood, a 305,428-square-foot lifestyle center. It was sold for $72.1 million to DRA Advisors, LLC. The property is anchored by a 14-screen Rave Theater and is located at 2565 Sand Creek Road in Brentwood, Calif. Neighboring retail tenants in the lifestyle center include REI, Banana Republic, DSW, Ulta Cosmetics, Ann Taylor, and Jos. A. Bank. The property sale also included a parcel of developable land approved for Phase II and 110,000-square-feet of additional retail space.
Alfred Hackbarth, senior vice president of investment sales, in the SRS Phoenix office represented the seller, Brentwood Specialty Center, LLC of Columbus, Ohio in the transaction. Hackbarth also sourced the buyer in the transaction, which was a partnership between DRA Advisors, LLC, a New York investment company, and RED Legacy of Kansas City, Mo.
