Brazilian sushi chain to debut first U.S. eatery at I-Drive 360

A new restaurant hailing from Latin America with a Japanese theme is bringing 'Sakerinhas" — a spin on Japan's sake and Brazil's caipirinha drink — and more to a new eatery on Orlando's International Drive.

Popular Brazilian chain restaurant Naru Sushi signed a 10-year lease for 4,260 square feet of space at the $200 million I-Drive 360 dining and entertainment complex with plans to open its first U.S. restaurant in May 2015. Adam Gerry of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant in the lease.

The 140-seat restaurant will be operated by Fort Lauderdale-based Naru Sushi Orlando LLC, which incorporated in May, state records showed. Principals of the firm include Rogerio Guarnieri, Marceloroberto Campagnolo and Patricia Dell'erba Guarnieri, state records showed. It is unknown ho
