Brakes Plus has leased a 5,300-square-foot space on the southwest corner of El Dorado Parkway and Custer Road in Frisco, TX.
Frank Bullock and Lee Loftis of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant, Brakes Plus in the transaction. Rick Ikeler and Jack Burgher, also of SRS Real Estate Partners, represented the landlord.
Major area retail inlcudes Dallas/Fort Worth’s first Kroger Marketplace.
