Kevin Boyd has joined SRS as senior vice president and co-market leader in the Chicago office.
A 29-year industry veteran, Boyd most recently worked at KCB Real Estate where he owned and was responsible for the development of a multitude of shopping centers. He also negotiated the ground sale of a 50-story mixed-use hotel/retail and residential project.
Prior to KCB, Boyd served as a partner at Interstate Commercial, where he facilitated Circuit City and Carmax's Midwest expansions.
