Last year was an active year in Birmingham commercial real estate, and several local CRE professionals now have the trophies to show for it.
The Birmingham Commercial Realtors' Council on Thursday honored the top producers from 2017 at an event held at the Thomas Jefferson Tower.
The BCRC recognized excellence in three categories: investment, sales and leasing as well as development.
Winners include:
Investment
First place, Ingram Tynes of Tynes Development. Second place, Andrew Patterson of Shannon Waltchack. Third place, William Butler of Engel Realty.
Sales & Leasing
First place, Martin Smith of SRS Real Estate Partners. Second place, Robert Crook, formerly of Shannon Waltchack. Third place, Lochrane Smith, formerly of Johnson Property Services.
Development
First place, David Watts of Watts Realty.
Additionally, the 2017 Rookie of the Year Award went to Charles Overton of Aultman Properties.
The 2017 Vulcan Award for continuing to qualify for the BCRC Club of Excellence after 10 years went to Sidney Aultman of Aultman Properties, Andrew Patterson of Shannon Waltchack and Rich Vanchina of Southpace Properties.
