Urban Pointe Properties purchased the retail building at 6601 W. Bethany Home Rd. in Glendale, AZ from Commercial Management & Investments, Inc. for $1.85 million, or about $111 per square foot.
Built in 1988, the 16,720-square-foot strip center sits on 1.7 acres in the Glendale Retail submarket of Maricopa County, at the corner of 67th. The multi-tenant property was fully leased at the time of sale.
Sean Thomas of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the seller. The buyer did not utilize outside representation in the sale.
