Bennigan’s, a neighborhood Irish pub, has leased a 7,316-square-foot space at Overton Park Plaza in Fort Worth, the seventh Texas location for Bennigan’s and the first location in Fort Worth.
Construction on the space is scheduled to begin this month.
Overton Park Plaza is located along West Loop 820, just north of South Hulen Street. Neighboring tenants in the shopping center include Sprouts Farmers Market, T.J. Maxx, Goody Goody Liquors, and Petsmart.
Jason Puig and Michael Miller with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant, Bennigan’s in the transaction. The landlord is WRI Overton Park, LLC.
