A private investor has purchased the Belmont Village Shopping Center on El Camino Real for about $5.7 million, SRS Real Estate Partners announced yesterday.
The 8,054-square-foot property is located at El Camino Real and Ralston Avenue and is anchored by Safeway.
Other tenants include AT&T, Peet’s Coffee, Gamestop, Supercuts, Toto’s and Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt.
The property’s previous owner was Swire-Friedkin Group.
