Molly Bayer joined SRS Real Estate Partners as an associate in the Denver office.
Bayer will identify and focus on both landlord and tenant representation in the Denver area. Previously, she helped successfully lease up Writer Square as an associate with Zall Co., signing such tenants as Hand & Stone Massage, PureBarre, Lucky’s Electronics, and Komotodo Sushi Burritos. She also worked with Unico, JLL and Bayer Properties during the leasing process and has past tenant representation experience working with international retailer Kit and Ace.
Bayer has a master’s degree in literacy from the University of Colorado Boulder, and another master’s in special education from Georgia State University. She received her bachelor’s degree at the University of Wisconsin Madison.
