SRS Real Estate Partners announces that three new store locations have been finalized for Baskins Western and Work Wear in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Lafayette, Louisiana and Katy, Texas. The new stores will include 12,000 to 15,000 square feet. The western apparel retailer, headquartered in Livingston, Texas, will have 28 locations with the opening of the new stores.

The 12,875-square-foot store in Baton Rouge is located at Siegen Lane Marketplace, 7677 Andrea Drive and is scheduled to open in November of 2012.
The 15,750-square-foot store in Lafayette is located in the Ambassador Way shopping center, located at 3559 Ambassador Caffrey. This location is scheduled to open in October of 2012.
The 14,000-square-foot Katy store is located at the intersection of I-10 and Katy Fort Bend Road in Katy Ranch shopping center. This store is expected to open in early 2013.
