The site, which includes two buildings totaling 56,498-square-feet, is located at 1251 East Airport Freeway at the intersection of Highway 183 and Carl Road. The lease comes with an option to purchase the property within the first year of occupancy.
Ryan Johnson, a vice president in SRS’ Dallas/Fort Worth office, and Jacqueline Blake, a vice president with Cypress Equities AutoGroup, represented AutoNation in the transaction. John Aldrich with the Aldrich Group represented Cardwell Brothers Automotive.
