SRS Real Estate Partners announced the sale of the Shops in Killeen shopping center in Killeen. The property is approximately 10,200 square feet and was 100 percent occupied at the time of sale. It is located on Lowe’s Boulevard near a variety of retailers. Jason Middlebrook of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the seller in the transaction.
