Five Guys Burgers & Fries leased 2,500 square feet at the former Montana Mike’s site in San Marcos. The previous restaurant is being demolished to make way for a new retail center being developed by Ponderosa Land Development Co. in Houston. Five Guys will open in the first quarter of fiscal 2013.
