AUSTIN, Texas (June 30, 2011) – SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS), the largest national real estate company in the country exclusively dedicated to retail services, announced today the Austin Business Journal has honored Robert O’Farrell, Todd Wallace, Sean Murphy and Austin McWilliams with the Austin Business Journal’s Retail Heavy Hitter awards.
All four SRS brokers were recognized as one of 25 top Retail Heavy Hitters in Austin. Robert O’Farrell and Todd Wallace tied for the top position this year each with 434,636 square feet in 10 sales and 39 leases. Sean Murphy and Austin McWilliams rounded out the top 10 with 160,030 square feet and 114,766 square feet represented.

The Austin Business Journal’s Heavy Hitter list ranks local brokers by the total number of square feet sold and leased in 2010. Participants were required to provide run sheets verifying deals. Leases had to be for at least one year.
