SRS Real Estate Partners has been awarded a 29,480-square-foot retail pad site at Watters Village Retail Center in Allen, a project that is 100 percent leased and is fully-developed. Lee Loftis and Jack Burgher with SRS Real Estate will market the property.
The site is located on the southwest corner of Stacy Road and Curtis Lane Neighboring retailers include the Wal-Mart Supercenter, Super Target, Best Buy, HomeGoods, and Petsmart.
