The Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, a chain founded in 1997 in Austin, TX, inked a 15-year lease to 30,000 square feet at the Richardson Heights Shopping Center in Richardson.
The 200,000-square-foot center was constructed in 1958 on Interstate 75 and Beltline but some renovations were completed in 2007.
