ATLANTA (February 22, 2012) – AAA Car Care Plus has leased or purchased three new spaces in the Metro Atlanta area. The spaces range in size from 7,500-9,032-square-feet and are located in the cities of Atlanta, Roswell and John’s Creek.
The first location is 7,500-square-feet at the Toco Hills Shopping Center in the former Blockbuster building in Atlanta, Ga. This shopping center is on the southwest corner of LaVista Road and North Druid Hills Road. Neighboring retailers include Kroger, Outback Steakhouse, and Chili’s Bar & Grill.
The second location is 9,032-square-feet at the Mansell Shops in Roswell, Ga. The Mansell Shops is on the southwest corner of Mansell Road and Warsaw Road and tenants include ACS Wireless, Allied International Cleaning Services and Sweet Klean Cleaners.
The third location is 8,545-square-feet on the site of the former Burger King on McGinnis Ferry Road in John’s Creek, Ga.

Jerry Hendrix with Shepherd Construction Company represented the landlord, Plant Improvement Company, at the Toco Hills Shopping Center location. Melody Holley with Colliers International represented the landlord, Colonial Retail Owner, LLC, at the Mansell Shops location. Alex Deitch and Chris Routledge with Colliers International represented the landlord, Burger King Corporation, at the McGinnis Ferry Road location.
