From Cowtown to Colleyville: First Western Title relocates HQ
First Western Title Acquisitions LLC has moved its corporate headquarters from Fort Worth to Colleyville.
About 14 employees work at the Colleyville office, at 5005 Colleyville Blvd., Suite 160, where the firm has operated a branch location since 2009. No real estate brokers were involved with the move since the Colleyville location already was under lease, according to company representative Steve Harriman.
Though the firm no longer occupies its former office on the West Freeway in Fort Worth, it maintains a Fort Worth branch office on the second floor of American National Bank of Texas at 2720 W. Seventh St.
NEW INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY IN COPPELL
Liberty Park at Amberpoint has been added to the Coppell business community, bringing a 198,802-square-foot industrial building to the city’s corporate landscape.
The Class A structure, at 330 S. Royal Lane, features 225 vehicle parking spaces, a 185-foot truck court with 55 available trailer positions and a 28-foot ceiling height, among other amenities.
“Liberty Park at Amberpoint is our first development project in the Dallas market,” said Mike Heise, vice president and city manager for Liberty Property Trust’s Dallas region, commenting in a news release.
“It is located in a prime location just north of [Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport], and we are very pleased with the finished product,” Heise said.
Architect for the building was GSR Andrade. F.A. Peinado LLC was general contractor and Kimley-Horn and Associates was civil engineer.
Liberty Property Trust celebrated the building’s opening at a broker event held in January.
ARLINGTON SHOPPING CENTER SOLD
Courtyard Village Shopping Center in Arlington has been sold, with Tailwind Courtside Retail LLC snapping up the 4.1-acre property at 5900-5930 Interstate 20. Representing the seller, SA 1000 Oaks I Ltd., was Trip Green of The Woodmont Co. J. Searcy of Tailwind Real Estate Equities represented the buyer. Tailwind Courtyard Retail LLC is a division of Tailwind Real Estate Equities. The property, which was 95 percent occupied at the time of sale, includes Tuesday Morning, Legacy Village Salon and NOVA Medical, among other tenants.
CATO FASHIONS LEASES IN EULESS
CATO Fashions/CATO Plus has leased a 4,000-square-foot space at Glade Parks, 2951 Texas 121 in Euless. This fashion retailer joins anchor tenants Dick's Sporting Goods, ULTA, Michaels, HomeGoods, Boot Barn and Kirkland’s in the 800,000-square-foot retail center.

DOCTORS PLAN CROWLEY MEDICAL BUILDING
A Crowley property at FM 1987 and Canoe Way has been sold to two physicians who are planning to construct a medical office building at the 5.1-acre location. The seller, Abrehc LLC, was represented by Wayne Burgdorf of Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance DFW in the direct deal with Drs. Tang Le and Ryan Pham of Burleson.
