ATLANTA (February 6, 2018) – SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) is pleased to announce that the project leasing team in Atlanta has secured a lease with MADabolic, an innovative interval driven strength and endurance program facility, at Studioplex Alley positioned along the BeltLine in Old Fourth Ward. This will be MADabolic’s first location in Atlanta and eleventh in the country. It will consist of 3,706 square feet and joins two highly anticipated new restaurants, The James Room, from Missy and Kristin Koefod of 18.21 Bitters and another O4W Pizza Restaurant from Anthony Spina and Billy Streck.
