Leslie’s Pool Supplies has signed a lease to occupy 2,824 square feet at The Shops at Mockingbird, situated at 4540 West Mockingbird Lane between Roper Street and Haggar Way in Dallas. The location at The Shops at Mockingbird will join the company’s ten other stores in the greater Dallas area.
Brian Catallano of CSC Properties, Inc. represented Leslie’s Pool Supplies throughout lease negotiations. Lee Loftis and Jack Burger of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the landlord, Cypress Equities.
The Shops at Mockingbird is an 80,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center near the intersection of Mockingbird Lane and Lemmon Ave just west of the Dallas North Tollway. The center features an array of retailers including LA Fitness, Family Dollar, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, and the United States Postal Service.
Leslie’s Pool Supplies began in March 1963 as a one-man pool supply operation working out of a backyard shed in North Hollywood, Calif. Today, the company boasts more than 600 retail stores in 35 states across America, plus the availability of commercial sales, mail order and Internet shopping. Its parent company, Leslie’s Poolmart, Inc., is a swimming pool supplies retailer.
Leslie’s Pool Supplies offers a comprehensive product line including chemicals, cleaning devices, equipment, parts, recreational and safety products, as well as many unique items for the backyard and patio, including spas and patio furniture. The retailer also offers professional on-site equipment installation and repair services in most areas.
