Howard Energy Partners signed a lease for 45,000 square feet in Security Service Federal Credit Union’s headquarters building at 16300 La Cantera Pky. in San Antonio.
The three-story office building totals 125,000 square feet with open floor plans, a five-story parking garage connected by a sky bridge, an auditorium and a fitness center with locker rooms.
Security Service FCU is currently building a new headquarters on a 66-acre parcel at 14880 Interstate 10 W, which is expected to be completed this year. Howard Energy will initially occupy 31,000 square feet in March or April 2017, and will expend into its remaining space by 2018. Howard Energy currently occupies space in Eilan.
