ATLANTA (March 22, 2016) – SRS’ Southeast Investment Sales team along with SRS Real Estate Partners in Dallas have brokered the sale of a single-tenant-net-leased Champps Americana Restaurant in Columbus, Ohio. The restaurant is located at 3993 Morse Crossing, which is situated south of the intersection of Morse Crossing and Chiller Lane, and consists of 10,582-square-feet on 2.012 acres of land. The property was sold on March 11, 2016 to Pickerington Square, L.P. for an undisclosed amount.
“The Champps outparcel is a well-located, single-tenant-net-leased asset with significant intrinsic value given its location in front of a major power center in the middle of Columbus’ Easton retail node,” said John Topping, associate for SRS’ Southeast Investment Sales Team. “The buyers, which already own retail in the Easton sub-market, recognized this value and were excited to add it to their portfolio.”
Kyle Stonis, senior vice president, Pierce Mayson, vice president, and John A. Topping, Jr., associate, in the SRS Atlanta office and Brad Gibbs, senior associate in SRS Dallas office represented the sellers, a group of tenant in common co-owners, in the transaction. The buyer was self-represented in this transaction.
