ATLANTA (November 23, 2015) – SRS’ Southeast Investment Sales team has brokered the sale of Willowdaile Shopping Center in Durham, N.C. The property is an 89,617-square-foot community center anchored by Ollie’s Bargain Outlet and Dollar Tree. The property is located at 3823 Guess Rd., which is situated at the northwest corner of Guess Rd. and Horton Rd. The seller, RCG – Durham, LLC, an affiliate of RCG Ventures, LLC, sold the property for $8.25 million on November 19, 2015 to Willowdaile Star Holdings, LLC.
“A well-established community center which serves as one of the primary shopping centers in the area; Willowdaile Shopping Center, which is well-positioned on the north side of Durham, was a solid investment for the buyer,” said Kyle Stonis, senior vice president for SRS’ Southeast Investment Sales team. “With the inclusion of a very successful Starbuck’s outparcel and a buildable pad, the asset retains opportunity for the buyer to build on the success that RCG Ventures has already created at the property.”
