DENVER (April 28, 2015) – SRS Real Estate Partners welcomes Molly Bayer as associate in the Denver office. Molly has a diverse background including her work within the industry and education, and she will focus on tenant and landlord representation alongside the Denver team.
Molly joins SRS from Zall Company where she worked on the leasing of Writer Square, an open-air, mixed-use shopping destination with more than 179,000 square feet of retail and office space. Located in downtown Denver on the 16th Street Mall, Writer Square boasts many national and local tenants. Molly secured leases for such notable tenants as Hand & Stone Massage, PureBarre, Lucky’s Electronics, and Komotodo Sushi Burritos, and worked with Unico and JLL during the leasing process. Molly also has tenant representation experience with international retailer Kit and Ace.
Molly has a master’s degree in literacy from the University of Colorado Boulder, and another master’s in special education from Georgia State University. She received her bachelor’s degree at the University of Wisconsin Madison. Molly is very involved in the community where she serves on the advisory board for Boulder Jewish Family Service. Additionally, she has worked with the Boulder Jewish Community Center for several years serving as a committee member and event co-chair for their gala fundraiser, which brings together more than 400 community members. Molly has also worked on outreach activities for their capital campaign and was recognized as a Rising Star for her work with the community at the Boulder JCC’s annual gala in 2011. Molly is the Foothill Elementary Garden to Table program coordinator for the Growe Foundation, which uses school gardens and the Garden to Table program to educate kids about healthy eating and caring for the environment. She also enjoys spending time with her two daughters and son, seeing family and friends, doing yoga, reading, and biking.
