With more than 700,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, the 81-acre site opened its doors with three anchor tenants including a Whole Foods Market, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and Westmed Medical Group.

Westchester’s Ridge Hill started in 2007 in the Southwest submarket of Westchester County, located at 1 Ridge Hill Rd. in Yonkers, NY. Forest City Ratner Companies developed the site with NY-based H3 Hardy Collaboration Architecture LLC. Forest City Enterprises owns and manages the center, with leasing by Ripco Real Estate. Available space ranges from 1,000 to more than 56,000 square feet.

Whole Foods Market signed on to occupy 50,000 square feet in the free-standing building. Westmed Medical Group took 84,000 square feet on the second floor, with Frank Tomasulo with CBRE representing the tenant, while Al Gutierrez and Ian Ceppos with CBRE represented the landlord. Dick’s Sporting Goods took 49,286 square feet in a ten-year deal commencing this month. Patrick Smith and Alex D’Alessandro with SRS Real Estate Partners, along with Tim McDougall with Greenwood Realty Development, represented the retail tenant, with Andrew Silberfein with Forest City Ratner Companies representing the center owner in-house.
