PHOENIX (October 31, 2012) – U-Haul Co. of Florida has sold the Babcock Self-Storage facility to Babcock Street Associates, LLC in Palm Bay, Fla. The 46,824-square-foot storage facility consists of 405 units with exterior drive-up access. It is located at 6180 Babcock St. SE with close proximity to Interstate 95.
