Four New Leases Signed at Woodlands Village Shopping Center Flagstaff

PHOENIX (February 5, 2013) – SRS Real Estate Partners has leased four spaces at the Woodlands Village Shopping Center located at the southeast corner of McConnell Drive and Woodlands Boulevard. The newest retail tenants at Woodlands Village are expected to open this spring.

Café Rio, a Mexican grill café, has leased the 4,020-square-foot former Blockbuster building. The tenant was represented by John Cowan with Cushman and Wakefield.

Maytag-Just-Like-Home-Laundry, a dry cleaning and laundry service, has relocated to a 2,800-square-foot space in the same shopping center.

Buffalo Wild Wings, a sports themed restaurant, has leased an additional 2,400-square-foot space adjacent to their existing restaurant for expansion and outdoor patio.

Miracle Ear, a specialist in hearing aids, has leased a 1,050-square-foot space.  This is the sixth location in Arizona for Miracle Ear, their first in Flagstaff. The tenant was represented by Steve Thomas with Russ Lyon Sotheby’s.

Woodlands Village Shopping Center is a major community center in the Woodlands area of Flagstaff, and includes the following retail tenants: Wal-Mart and Bashas’.  Mike Polachek with SRS Real Estate Partners handled the leasing for PDC Community Centers, LLC.
