Designer Shoe Warehouse (DSW) has signed a lease for 14,818 square feet in the Bayfair Center, located at 15555 E. 14th St. in San Leandro, CA.
Slated to open in fall 2015, DSW will join anchor tenants Target, Macy’s, Old Navy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Kohl’s, a 16-screen Century Theatre, and other national and local retailers at the regional mall.
Bayfair Center is conveniently accessible by way of I-580 and is adjacent to a Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) station.
DSW is a footwear and accessory retailer with more than 400 stores nationwide, including nine in the Bay Area.
