After serving as a Military Police officer in the U.S. Army, she began her real estate career as a leasing agent with Trammell Crow Residential in Baton Rouge, LA. Prior to joining SRS Industrial, Kristina held the position of Regional Operations Manager at Colliers, where she honed her skills working alongside C-level executives and top-producing advisors in the CRE industry.At SRS Industrial, Kristina&#39;s mission is to deliver seamless support and strategic solutions across our national platform. She leverages her excellent technical, communication, and interpersonal skills to mentor and train new hires, create and execute efficient workflows, design engaging marketing materials, and cultivate content for various social platforms. Her efforts in streamlining processes, enhancing exposure, and building relationships have been instrumental in pushing our business forward and improving the overall experience for our team and clients nationwide.Kristina&#39;s contributions have garnered significant recognition within the industry.
