With over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Kristina brings a wealth of expertise in operations, marketing, and client relations to our team, supporting our national platform with her comprehensive skills.Kristina&#39;s journey to SRS is as impressive as her current role. After serving as a Military Police officer in the U.S. Army, she began her real estate career as a leasing agent with Trammell Crow Residential in Baton Rouge, LA. Prior to joining SRS Industrial, Kristina held the position of Regional Operations Manager at Colliers, where she honed her skills working alongside C-level executives and top-producing advisors in the CRE industry.At SRS Industrial, Kristina&#39;s mission is to deliver seamless support and strategic solutions across our national platform. She leverages her excellent technical, communication, and interpersonal skills to mentor and train new hires, create and execute efficient workflows, design engaging marketing materials, and cultivate content for various social platforms. Her efforts in streamlining processes, enhancing exposure, and building relationships have been instrumental in pushing our business forward and improving the overall experience for our team and clients nationwide.Kristina&#39;s contributions have garnered significant recognition within the industry. She was named SRS Rookie of the Year in 2023 and has been recognized as a CREi Top 150 Influencer in both 2022 and 2023. Her previous accolades include the 2020 Impact Award at Colliers, and the 2014 Employee of the Year and 2013 Team Spirit Award at Cushman &amp; Wakefield.As a thought leader in her field, Kristina has been spotlighted on three industry podcasts, sharing her insights and experiences with a wider audience. These include appearances on &quot;Veteran Voices with Supply Chain Now&quot; hosted by Scott Luton, &quot;The Commercial Real Estate Academy Podcast&quot; with Raphael Collazo, and &quot;Truckin&#39; On&quot; with Ward Richmond.
