SRS Real Estate Partners arranged the sale of Dunlawton Shopping Center, a 10,250-square-foot retail center in Port Orange for $5.7 million. The center is approximately eight miles from Daytona Beach.
Located at 1765 Dunlawton Ave., the center is fully occupied by a tenant roster that includes First Watch, Firehouse Subs, Pacific Dental and The Original Mattress Factory. All tenants are signed to long-term seven- and 10-year leases.
Patrick Nutt and Connor Barton of SRS represented the seller, a Florida-based retail developer, in the transaction. The buyer was a California-based investor.
